Description
Autumn Breeze is my impression of the tall grasses and last wild flowers growing around a small pond just up the road from my house.This piece is done in watercolor with some collage work on the left of masa and lace - both of which are also painted with watercolor. Every time we drive by it I look to see what wildlife might be enjoying the pond. I've seen a heron,ring necked pheasant and yes, a peacock as well as wild turkeys.I think the peacock may have wandered away from the old Catskill Game Farm which is just up the road.
This image is lovely framed in a classic black frame with a white matt ( or color of your choice) or for a more rustic, look a natural wood frame such as barn wood.
