Autumn winds fling crimson leaves to swirl upon the water.The last dance unfolds.Ripples form around the rocks and a beaver paddles towards shore looking for more supplies for it's dam.
This painting is done using cobalt blue, raw sienna and burnt sienna with a touch of rose madder in the foliage.I used acrylic tar gel to highlight the ripples in the water.
I have been painting and crafting ever since I can remember. I enjoy experimenting with different techniques in watercolor, and mixing watercolor with other mediums. Painting is a meditation to me - it brings me peace and joy.,and has been a healing therapy since I became disabled. I love sharing my art with my grandchildren and inspiring others to try their hand at painting!
