This is a watercolor mixed media collage on Masa paper inspired by the beautiful fall foliage of upstate New York and New England. The most prominent leaves are cut from paper that I painted and mottled first with natural sponges.
The original painting was donated to raise funds at a local auction for a college fund in my friend's grandson's memory.
This piece is lovely framed in a more modern black or gold frame or in a distressed wood frame for a more rustic look. It will make the perfect addition to an office,study,living room,den,family room ,dining room,bedroom ,country home,restaurant,inn or bed & breakfast.
The FAA watermark in the lower corner will not appear on any purchased prints.
