"In The Wild" is an abstract impression of a giraffe in splashy colors! This gentle somewhat dreamy looking giraffe seemed to call out to me as my first wash was drying! This is not at all what I was intending when I flowed the first golds and greens across the page - I was thinking forest floor and abstract mushrooms,etc! On turning the paper I saw this giraffe peeking at me, no one else could see what I saw! A few added colors,some spots and the eyes and nose defined a bit and my family loved it! I've literally learned to go with the flow sometimes!
