A misty morn over Lone Tree Island, a dawn sky tinged pink,blue and yellow reflects in the calm waters catching the reflection of a lonely tree that has taken hold on this tiny island. In the far distance , shrouded by the mist mountains and trees look almost like a magical city.I am always amazed by scenes such as this, Nature is so incredible and beautiful! lacy patterns are formed through out the painting by the use of salt which is removed after it dries.Every time I look at this pastel watercolor painting I can't help but think of the song "Islands in the Stream" by Kenny Rogers.
This dreamy,serene artwork will look beautiful as a part of your home or business decor.
