Description

Sedona - On Sacred Ground , one of many memories etched on my soul, is my son contemplating the majestic beauty of the red rock formations and feeling the energy of the vortexes that are uniquely Sedona. It was a blessing to share my second trip to Sedona not only with wonderful friends, but especially with my son and youngest daughter ( both teens at the time). My experiences there have deeply influenced my artwork since.
The four primary vortexes in Sedona, .Airport Mesa Vortex, Cathedral Rock Vortex,the Boynton Canyon Vortex,and last, but not least is Bell Rock Vortex, each radiate their own particular type of energy : Magnetic (yin) , Electrical (yang) and Balanced ( a combination of both yin and yang) . These are not the only vortexes however, there are many smaller, more subtle vortexes found throughout the Sedona area. Some people experience tingling in their hands ,or perhaps an all over buzzing sensation , a rush of energy ,euphoria, etc when in the areas of the vortexes.
