Artist's Description
This secluded country cabin tucked in the woods glows with inner warmth! While the chill of winter blankets the trees and bench that only birds sit on this time of year! A peaceful haven no matter the weather!
This painting was done with salt sprinkled into a pale multi colored wash creating "snowy patterns " which I ten used as the snow on the tree branches. Additional washes added layers of color to the dirt road and foreground.
