A scenic drive along this Catskill Creek made for a lovely time and lots of photo opportunities! This is a watercolor impression from one of the photos done mostly from memory and missing a house that was behind the bridge among other things! But it still has the feeling of the Catskills!I love the rocky creekbed, perfect stepping stones or places to sit and dip your feet in the cool waters. ... Just not on private land!!!! A multitude of wildlife live in the Catskills- Eagles,herons,egrets,Hawks,foxes,bear,deer..... It's always a joy to see them in their natural habitat.

Soft and dreamy. Yes, dipping my feet in the cool water sounds wonderful --- I can take myself there and sit on the one of the rocks in the foreground and enjoy the view.
